Jack & Jones - Amriswil
A new Jack & Jones store was realized at EKZ Amriville in Amriswil. As part of the Bestseller Group's (Denmark) expansion team, Parabello Project AG managed the project from building permits to turnkey handover – including MEP planning, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, tiling, electrical installations, and store fitting.
Project goal
The realization of the new Jack & Jones Store at EKZ Amriville required comprehensive coordination of all trades – from official building permit applications to final store fitting.
A particular focus was placed on detailed MEP planning to ensure optimal technical infrastructure. The drywall and painting work was precisely tailored to Jack & Jones' brand concept, while the HVAC systems provide a comfortable shopping climate.
The plumbing and tiling in the back-office area were professionally executed, as was the complete electrical installation for lighting and technical systems. The store fitting was realized according to the Bestseller Group's international standards.
Challenges
The implementation of this project placed special demands on coordination and scheduling.
As part of Jack & Jones' international expansion, all work had to be closely coordinated with the Bestseller Group's expansion team. Integrating various trades – from MEP planning to drywall to electrical installations – required precise scheduling and seamless communication between all parties involved.
Thanks to the experienced project management of Parabello Project AG, all challenges were overcome and the store was handed over to the Jack & Jones team on schedule.
Results
The result is a fully realized Jack & Jones Store that meets the Bestseller Group's international quality standards.
The modern retail space impresses with high-quality drywall and painting work as well as optimal lighting through professionally installed electrical systems. The HVAC systems ensure a comfortable shopping climate for customers and employees.
The custom store fitting optimally presents the Jack & Jones collection and creates an inviting shopping experience. EKZ Amriville in Amriswil has thus gained an attractive new fashion store.
