Hestra Gloves - Munich
In a prime location on Munich's shopping mile – Sendlingerstrasse 7 – the new Hestra Gloves Store was realized. The Swedish traditional glove manufacturer trusted Parabello Project AG as general contractor for the complete execution: from demolition of the old store through drywall, painting, and floor coverings to electrical installations and store fitting.
Project goal
The realization of the new Hestra Gloves Store on the prestigious Sendlingerstrasse in Munich required seamless coordination of all execution work.
As general contractor, Parabello Project AG took complete responsibility for the construction implementation – with the exception of planning. The project began with the professional demolition of the existing store, followed by comprehensive drywall work to redesign the room structure.
The painting work was precisely tailored to Hestra's Scandinavian design concept. High-quality floor coverings emphasize the brand's premium positioning, while the electrical installations ensure optimal lighting and technical infrastructure.
The custom store fitting presents the premium glove collections in a stylish ambiance that reflects Swedish craftsmanship tradition.
Challenges
The implementation of this project placed special demands on logistics and scheduling.
The central location on Sendlingerstrasse – one of Munich's busiest shopping streets – meant restricted delivery times and tight conditions for materials and construction work. Precise coordination of all trades was essential.
The complete demolition of the old premises had to be carefully planned to avoid disturbing the surrounding businesses. At the same time, the high quality standards of the Swedish traditional company Hestra had to be met in all execution details.
Thanks to efficient project management and experienced craftsmen partners, the store was handed over on schedule and with the highest quality.
